THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (“BellSouth”), a Georgia Corporation, and American Cellular Corporation, a Delaware Corporation and its Affiliates listed on Exhibit A hereto (all collectively referred to as “Carrier”) and shall be deemed effective as of June 14, 2001, (the “Effective Date”).
