This Agreement consists of this document, DIR Contract DIR‐TSO‐4342, applicable appendices, the General Terms and Conditions attached to this document as Attachment A (including any documents incorporated by Attachment A) and the Certified Software Employee Requirements and Qualified Employee Requirements attached to this document as Attachment B, each of which are incorporated herein by this reference as if fully rewritten herein. All Software, Work Products, Maintenance and Support, and Services which may be licensed or purchased by Customer from DataBank from time to time shall be governed by this Agreement. Customer specifically represents and warrants to DataBank that Customer has read and understands all of the General Terms and Conditions prior to entering into this Agreement.
