The General Services Department, in conjunction with the Information Services Department, issued a request for proposals (RFP) in June 2006 for data cabling services for the County of Santa Cruz. These services are currently provided through a contract with Tel-Net, Inc., which was extended from July through December 2006 while the RFP process was conducted. This contract will be terminated as of October 30, 2006.
