This ACCOUNTING SERVICES AGREEMENT is made as of this 1st day of October, 2008 (the “Agreement”) between DGHM Investment Trust (the “Trust”), a statutory trust duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, and Commonwealth Fund Accounting, Inc.
