THIS AGREEMENT AND DECLARATION OF TRUST is made and entered into as of the 12th day of May, 1953, in the City of New York, State of New York, by and between the Bakery, Confectionery, Tobacco Workers and Grain Millers International Union (hereinafter referred to as the “International Union”), and various employers in the Bakery and Confectionery Industries who are or who may become parties to this Agreement as hereinafter defined, (hereinafter referred to as ‘Employers”).
