This College Access Program (CAP) agreement facilitates the enrollment of XXX students into Buffalo State, State University of New York (Buffalo State) courses for academic credit. Students entering their junior/senior year at are eligible to enroll in this cooperative program. A list of approved courses for XXX HS is identified in Section IX. These XXX program classes may contain students who may or may not be registered for the parallel Buffalo State course.
