The general purpose of this Agreement is to establish and maintain mutually satisfactory working conditions, hours and wages, all as set out herein and provide the applicable procedure lor settling grievances which may arise hereunder, so as to maintain harmonious relations between the Company and associates covered by Agreement and to assist the Company the most operation its business.
