INTERCONNECTION AGREEMENT BETWEENJanuary 7th, 2010
This Amendment No. 1 (this “Amendment”) shall be deemed effective on November 30, 2009 (the “Amendment Effective Date”), by and between Verizon North Inc. and Verizon South Inc. (collectively “Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Wisconsin, each providing service within its respective service territory, with offices at 8001 West Jefferson Boulevard, Ft. Wayne, IN 46804 and 201 N. Franklin Street, One Tampa City Center, Tampa, FL 33602, respectively, and MTC Communications, Inc. (“MTC”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Illinois, with offices at 210 N Coal St, PO Box 359, Colchester, IL 62326. (Verizon and MTC may be hereinafter referred to individually, as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties"). This Amendment only covers the services addressed herein that Verizon provides in its operating territory in the State of Illinois (the “State”).
