Customer represent that Customer is duly authorized to represent the Customer and accept the terms and conditions of the Agreement on behalf of the Customer. By Customer acceptance, a binding contract is then formed between COMPAS Technology, LLC (“COMPAS”) and Customer (“Customer”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Customer personally agrees not to commit or encourage any violation of the Agreement between COMPAS and the Customer.
