This Schedule forms a part of the Bi-Lateral Cooperation Agreement between Total E&P Joslyn Ltd. (“Total Joslyn”) and the Community of Fort McKay (the “Community”), Fort McKay First Nation and Métis, represented by the Fort McKay Industry Relations Corporation (“IRC”) dated January 22, 2008. All parties agree to act in good faith and reasonably in the execution of this environmental subagreement.
