This Agreement permits You (as a Student) to participate in a University course about iOS application development and to load applications developed in such a course on Apple-branded products running the iOS and share such applications with other participants in the same course. Such applications may not otherwise be distributed under this Agreement. You may also create Passes (as defined below) for use on Apple-branded products running the iOS under this Agreement for use only as part of a course. If you would like to distribute applications or passes that you develop and own as part of a University course more broadly, then you will need to separately enter into the iOS Developer Program License Agreement with Apple.
