The H&R Block Advantage Prepaid MasterCard® (“Card”) is issued by DCBank. The Card will allow you to access funds loaded on the virtual wallet (“Wallet”) which is associated with Cards issued under this Agreement. The following terms and conditions of this Agreement govern the use of the Card and the Wallet. ANY FUNDS WHICH ARE LOADED ON THE WALLET: (I) ARE NOT ON DEPOSIT WITH DCBANK; (II) DO NOT ESTABLISH A SEPARATE INDIVIDUAL DEPOSIT ACCOUNT; (III) DO NOT EARN INTEREST; AND (IV) ARE NOT INSURED DEPOSITS UNDER THE CANADA DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION ACT. THE CARD IS A PREPAID CARD AND IS NOT A CREDIT CARD OR CHARGE CARD AND WILL NOT ENHANCE YOUR CREDIT RATING
