If you use or access any API offered by zingFit, you agree to be bound by the terms of this API Agreement. By using the API you and, if applicable, the company you represent (collectively, "you" or “your”) accept and agree to be bound by the terms contained within this API Agreement. It is important that you read the terms of this API Agreement as they form a legal agreement between you and ZINGFIT LLC ("zingFit", "we", or "us"). If you do not have authority, or if you do not agree with the terms of this API Agreement, do not access or use the API.
