This Anchore Master Software License and Services Agreement, along with all Schedules (defined below) hereto, all SOWs (defined below) in connection therewith, and all amendments to any and all of the foregoing (all the foregoing, collectively, the “Master Agreement”), is made by and between Anchore, Inc. (“Anchore”, “Us”, “We”, or “Our”) and the entity or individual identified as “Customer” in the applicable Order Form. All capitalized terms used but not defined in this Master Software License & Services Agreement shall have the respective meanings ascribed to such terms in the Schedules or applicable Order Form, as the case may be.
