This State of Oklahoma Contract (“Contract”) is entered into between the state of Oklahoma by and through the Office of Management and Enterprise Services on behalf of the Oklahoma Department of Commerce (“ODOC” or “Agency”) and Ernst & Young, LLP (“Supplier”) in connection with Solicitation # 1600000060 and is effective as of the effective date set forth on a properly issued purchase order. The initial Contract term is one (1) year, with an option to renew for up to an additional five (5), one-year periods. The parties may renew this Contract through a mutually signed, written agreement.
