By using the ePaycard Visa Debit Card, the Cardholder unconditionally agrees to be bound by this T&Cs, as well as the laws, rules, regulations, and official issuances applicable to the use of the ePaycard Visa Debit Card. These T&Cs is governed by the rules and regulations of Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and all the applicable laws in the Philippines relating to the covered transactions herein. The Cardholder agrees that, by signing the ePaycard Customer Account Opening Form, Cardholder confirms to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these T&Cs.
