By signing this agreement you, the Participant and Parent, give up your right to bring a court action to recover compensation or obtain any other remedy from Amherst College and the Town of Amherst for any injury to yourself, your child, or your property, or for your/your child’s death, however caused, arising out of your/your child’s participation in the NUSEA Tournament or use of Amherst College facilities, now or at any time in the future.
