This Memorandum of Understanding (“Memorandum”) is dated , 2020 and is between SUMMIT COUNTY HABITAT FOR HUMANITY (“Habitat”) and SUMMIT COUNTY, COLORADO, acting by and though the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF SUMMIT COUNTY, COLORADO (“County”). Habitat and County are sometimes referred to individually as a “Party”, or together as the “Parties.”
