This amendment is made to that certain Economic Incentive Agreement entered into effective September 1, 2006, as amended on May 28, 2007, on January 24, 2011 and on February 11, 2014 (collectively the “Agreement”), by and between the City of Euless, Texas, a home rule municipality organized and existing under the constitution and laws of the State of Texas, hereinafter referred to as “City”, and Vineyard Village MSV, LLC, a Texas Limited Liability Company, an affiliate of Burk Collins & Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as “Current Developer”, and Big Vineyard Village, LLC, a Texas Limited Liability Company, hereinafter referred to as “New Developer,” and is entered into as of the date last executed by any of the parties hereto, although effective as of June 13, 2017.
