referred to as the “AGREEMENT”) is entered into and made effective the 18th day of February 2025, by and between the CITY OF BEAUMONT, (hereinafter referred to as the “CITY”), and Gustavo Romo, an individual (hereinafter referred to as “EMPLOYEE”). For purposes of this AGREEMENT, CITY and EMPLOYEE may be collectively referred to as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
