(“JELD-WEN”) and Masonite Corporation (“Masonite”) (collectively, “Defendants”) and the Direct Purchaser Plaintiffs (“Plaintiffs”), individually and on behalf of a class of direct purchasers of interior molded doors (“IMDs”), as defined in Paragraph 4.
