The issuance of the Maybank Islamic Ikhwan Visa Infinite (hereinafter referred to as “the Card”) by Maybank Islamic Berhad (hereinafter referred to as “Bank”) to the Cardmember and the use of the Card by the Cardmember shall be subject to the following terms and conditions made known to the Cardmember at the time of application for and/or at the time of delivery of the Card. These terms and conditions shall be binding on the Cardmember immediately upon acknowledgement of the receipt and/or use of the Card by the Cardmember.
