We, the undersigned, duly appointed representatives of the City of Oakland (“City”) and of Confidential Management Employees Association, (“CMEA”) a recognized employee organization, having met and negotiated in good faith, jointly prepare and execute on the 25th of March 2014, the following written Agreement.
