All Campers provided as part of this agreement will be of a consistent style, layout, and condition and as specified in the Booking Confirmation Email. All communication (including for the duration of the Rental Period) will be had between a DinkyDubs Ltd representative and the hirer. However, not all campers will be directly owned and maintained by DinkyDubs Ltd. For the avoidance of doubt, where the owner is not DinkyDubs Ltd, all provisions, entitlements, and liabilities as part of this agreement are novated to the Owner at the point where the balance of the Fees have been paid. In all circumstances, DinkyDubs Ltd will remain as the main point of contact for the hirer including for payments of Fees and management of the Damage Deposit.
