This Agreement to Provide Services (“Agreement”) is entered into on July 1, 2016 (“Effective Date”) by and between The Regents of the University of California, a constitutional corporation under Article IX, Section 9 of the Constitution of the State of California, acting for and on behalf of its Willed Body Program (hereinafter collectively referred to as “University”) and Chabot College (“Chabot College”), having its principal offices at 25555 Hesperian Boulevard, Hayward, California 94545.
