This is an agreement, dated as of December , 2012, by and among the following parties (hereinafter collectively called the “Parties”), namely: FOND DU LAC COUNTY, WISCONSIN, a body corporate and politic under the laws of the State of Wisconsin (hereinafter called the “Issuer”); BUG TUSSEL WIRELESS, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company (hereinafter called the “Borrower”); and ROBERT W. BAIRD & CO. INCORPORATED (hereinafter the “Underwriter”).
