THIS AGREEMENT, by and between, or on behalf of the parties and in the capacities and status designated in Article 2, hereof, establish rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, fringe benefits, and vacations, where applicable, and other terms and provisions concerning employment relations and collective bargaining or involving such parties on construction work in the State of Minnesota. Throughout this Agreement, wherever the masculine gender appears, the feminine form applies equally and may be substituted therefore.
