the terms and conditions hereinafter specified, $[ ] aggregate principal amount of Refunding Revenue Bonds (Tabitha Projects), Series 2020 (the “Bonds”), to be issued by the County of Lancaster, in the State of Nebraska (the “Issuer”). The Bonds are described in the Official Statement prepared in connection with the issuance of the Bonds (together with the Preliminary Official Statement dated , 2020, and including the respective Appendices thereto, the “Official Statement”). The Bonds shall bear the terms set forth in Schedule I hereto. If and when accepted by all of you, this document shall constitute our Bond Purchase Agreement (the “Bond Purchaser Agreement”).
