THIS ANNEXATION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 2021 between the VILLAGE OF OSWEGO, an Illinois municipal corporation, located in the Counties of Will and Kendall, State of Illinois (“Village”), and Continental 599 Fund LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (hereinafter the “Owner”), which shall be the legal Owner of the land legally described and depicted on the survey prepared by V3 Companies, dated December 11, 2020, attached hereto and made a part hereof as EXHIBIT “A” (“Territory”), at the time of execution of this Agreement. The Village and Owner may be individually referred to herein as “Party” or collectively as “Parties”.
