This Second Amendment (the “Amendment”) is effective as of January 1, 2016 (the “Effective Date”) and is made and entered into by and between the Kenton County Airport Board, a local air board and body corporate and politic constituting a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, created pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 183 of the Kentucky Revised Statutes (the “Board”), and United Airlines, Inc., a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, and duly qualified to do business in the Commonwealth of Kentucky (“Company”).
