This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective as of September 27, 2005 (the “Effective Date”), between France Telecom Corporate Solutions, LLC (“FTCS”), a Limited Liability Corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, with offices at 2300 Corporate Park Drive, 6th Floor, Herndon, VA 20171 and Verizon Maryland Inc. (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Maryland with offices at 1 East Pratt Street, Baltimore, MD 21202 (Verizon and FTCS may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
