In the event of a conflict between a provision of these Service-Specific Terms and a provision of the Agreement, these Service-Specific Terms will control with respect to its terms. Your use of any SaaS Offerings to which you have access via a Customer Dashboard shall be subject to the terms of the Agreement, including the applicable Service- Specific Terms herein, regardless of whether you have placed an Order for such SaaS Offerings.
