WHEREAS :- (A) Under and by virtue of an Agreement for Lease dated 21st May 1992 and registered in the Land Registry by Memorial No.5342490 as supplemented by a Supplemental Agreement dated 13th December 2000 and registered in the Land Registry by Memorial No.8276621 and the Lease dated 13th December 2000 and registered in the Land Registry by Memorial No.8276622 as rectified by a Deed of Rectification and Confir
