This PureCloud Service Agreement and the documents referenced herein (the “Agreement”) contain terms and conditions that govern Your access to and use of the PureCloud Service. The Agreement is entered into by the parties to the Services Order and will allow You or the entity that You represent (“You,” “Your” or “Customer”) to order PureCloud Services from Us. Depending on the service You choose, the Services Order may be entered into by an Affiliate or Related Party of Genesys Laboratories Australasia Pty. Ltd. (“Us,” “We,” “Our” or “Genesys”).
