An articulation agreement was made between the University of West Georgia (UWG) and Georgia Highlands College (GHC) on the July 6, 2020, hereinafter referred to as “original Articulation Agreement” set forth below. This agreement was made between Georgia Highlands College School of Health Sciences' Department of Kinesiology and Wellness regarding the Associate of Science (AS) - Sports Management degree and the University of West Georgia's College of Education regarding the Bachelor of Science (BS) in Sport Management degree offered in the Department of Sport Management, Wellness, and Physical Education. In this agreement, GHC and UWG are collectively referred to as “the parties.”
