This Technical Agreement (hereinafter the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic (hereinafter the “Ministry”) and the Technical Secretariat (hereinafter the “Secretariat”) of the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (hereinafter the “OPCW”).
