THIS FY 2019 – 20 EXTENSION AGREEMENT (“FY 20 Agreement”) is entered into by and between Fort Bend County, (“County”), a body corporate and politic under the laws of the State of Texas, and 911 Security Cameras, Inc. (“911 Security Cameras”), a corporation authorized to conduct business in the State of Texas. Collectively, 911 Security Cameras and County shall be referred to as the “Parties” and each separately as the “Party”.
