The Wooster City Board of Education, hereinafter referred to as the "Board," recognizes the Wooster Education Association (Certified Staff Unit), hereinafter referred to as the “Association,” as the exclusive representative for all certificated staff, including the Elementary Computer Coordinator and Chapter 1 Math Coordinator, In School Suspension/ Time Out Person(s), Small Group Instructors (SGI), and Contract Substitutes except building principals, all Central Office Administrators or Supervisors (such as elementary coordinator, director of pupil personnel, director of services, supervisor of elementary library services), noncontract substitute teachers, hereinafter called "bargaining unit members." All bargaining unit members, except Contract Substitutes, are to be accorded all provisions of this Contract except where specifically delineated.
