"We", ”us”, and “our” refer to the Bank and any agent, independent contractor, designee or assignee the bank may, at our sole discretion, use in the provision of the online services. The term "business day" means all days except Saturday, Sunday, and all banking holidays. By signing the application for Online Banking, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement as well as the terms and conditions of the disclosures for all of Harleysville Bank's products and services.
