This Confidentiality Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between McEnearney Commercial Inc. as Representatives for the owners of properties in Alexandria, VA, Fairfax County, ("Disclosing Party") and Interested Party and Broker as outlined below ("Receiving Party") for the purpose of preventing the unauthorized disclosure of Confidential Information as defined below. The parties agree to enter into a confidential relationship with respect to the disclosure of certain proprietary and confidential information ("Confidential Information") regarding 8306, 08, 12 Richmond Highway and 8226 Russell Road, Alexandria, VA 22309.
