Purchases of Subscriptions and Services (as defined below) under a Purchase Document with BravoSolution France SAS, a Simplified Joint Stock Company with a share capital of 3.254.150 euro and its registered offices in Boulogne Billancourt, France, at 81/83 Boulevard Edouard Vaillant, Registered with the Company Registry of Nanterre under n° 433760162, a JAGGAER company ("JAGGAER") and the party named in such Purchase Document ("Client") shall be subject to the following, additional Terms and Conditions as of the dates specified in the Purchase Document (the "Effective Date"). By executing an initial Purchase Document, Client agrees to be bound by the following additional Terms and Conditions.
