This Agreement, made and entered into this 30th day of June, 2021 by and between the Kings County Area Public Transit Agency, a California joint powers authority, hereinafter referred to as “KART” or "Contractor", and the Fresno County Rural Transit Agency, a California joint powers joint powers authority, hereinafter referred to as "FCRTA". The Contractor and FCRTA are each a “Party” to this Agreement, and are collectively the “Parties” to this Agreement.
