This Local Exchange Telecommunications Services Resale Agreement (“Agreement”), is effective as of the day of 1999 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Cincinnati Bell Telephone Company, an Ohio corporation with offices at 201 E. Fourth Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45201 (“CBT”), and GS Communications, Inc., an Illinois corporation with offices at 1725 Walters Avenue, Northbrook, Illinois 60062 (“GSI”).
