This is a non-exclusive, one-time temporary and revocable License and this License is not a lease, sublease, or rental agreement. The relationship of Licensor and Licensee is intended to be that of licensor-licensee and not that of landlord-tenant, principal-agent, joint venturers, partners or otherwise. It is understood and agreed that Licensee neither has nor gains any interest whatever in the real property upon which the Licensee’s assigned Exhibit Space is located. Licensee and the individual whose signature appear on this Agreement are jointly and individually liable to uphold all the rules, regulations, terms and conditions as set forth in this Agreement and as may be issued by Licensor from time to time and fully accept responsibility and are liable for any and all actions of any person working for or representing Licensee. Licensee understands that Licensor has made arrangement to rent the Exhibit Space from the CCC.
