This Google Apps for Education Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Google Inc. (“Google”), with offices at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California 94043 and UNIVERSITY OF GUELPH, with an address at 50 Stone Road West, Guelph, Ontario N1G 2W1 Canada (“Customer”). This Agreement governs Customer’s access to and use of the Services and will be effective as of the Effective Date.
