This Agreement, made and entered into by and between the Corunna Public Schools Board of Education, hereinafter referred to as the “Board,” and the Service Employees International Union, Local 517M, AFL-CIO, hereinafter referred to as the “Union,” has as its purpose the promotion of harmonious relations between the Board and the Union, the establishment of an equitable and peaceful procedure for the resolution of differences, and the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work and other conditions of employment.
