Air Pollution Control District, hereinafter referred to as “District” and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District Employees’ Association, hereinafter referred to as "Association", having met and conferred in good faith, do hereby jointly prepare and execute the following written Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for Representation General Bargaining Unit. The purpose of the MOU includes promotion and provision for harmonious relations, cooperation and understanding between management and the employees covered herein and to provide an orderly and equitable means of resolving any misunderstandings or differences, which may arise under this MOU.
