This Professional Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made as of DATE (the “Effective Date”), by and between The United Illuminating Company, a specially chartered Connecticut corporation with offices at 180 Marsh Hill Road, Orange, Connecticut 06477 (“UI”), and COMPANY NAME with offices at ADDRESS (“Contractor”). UI and Contractor may be referred to in this Agreement individually as a “Party” and together as the “Parties.”
