This PRODUCTION HANDLING AND OPERATING SERVICES AGREEMENT together with its attached Exhibits (“Agreement”) effective as of ___________ __, 20__, (“Effective Date”) is entered into by and between _____________________ (“__________”), _____________________ (“__________) and ___________________________ (“____________”), hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Owners”, in their capacity as co-owners of the “Host” (as defined hereinbelow), and __________ (“__________”), _____________________ (“__________) and __________ (“___________”), hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Producers”, in their capacity as co-owners of the “Satellite Leases” (as defined hereinbelow) and “Satellite Production System” (as defined hereinbelow).
