The State of Minnesota has advised the City Attorney that the City on behalf of the Police Department and the City Attorney need to renew the access agreement. That needs to be done by Resolution. The City Attorney’s Office has prepared the documents necessary for this renewal and requests that the Council Approve renewing the agreement and designate the signers of the agreement.
